UpFest Weston Wallz Street Art Festival

31st August - 15th September 2024

Returning to Weston-super-Mare for a fourth year, 18 new murals are expected to be painted suring Weston Wallz Street Art Festival. The 2024 festival will also include workshops, live painting, arts activities, and Street Art Tours where you'll learn the stories behind the murals. Plus the return of the Art Jam in the Italian Gardens, watch artists transform giant outdoor canvasses into works of art.

Whirligig Festival

7th and 8th September 2024

From the 7th September 2024, Weston-super-Mare will host the Whirligig festival. International and local performers will come together to bring you mind-blowing outdoor experiences in the heart of Weston-super-Mare.

11th - 13th October 2024

From the 11th October 2024, Weston-super-Mare will host the UK's biggest Offroad Motorsport event.

Fireworks at Sea

25th October 2024

Fireworks at Sea is a spectacular fireworks display from the Grand Pier which can be seen from all along the seafront. But to make it a really special night you can book to be on the pier itself!

Somerset Carnivals

4th November 2024 (Highbridge and Burnham-on-Sea)

8th November 2024 (Weston-super-Mare)

With more than 100 entries, the Somerset Carnivals are some of the most popular and well attended events in the South West at this time of year.

A wonderful illuminated spectacle (and fundraising event) which will take up to 2 hours to pass you in its entirety!
