At West Country Parks, we offer three beautiful holiday cottages for short-term holiday rental at New House Farm
near the seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea.
Rich's Cider Farm, a traditional working farm with gift shop and restaurant, is just a short walk from our holiday cottages. And The Watchfield Inn is just around the corner, offering a good selection of traditional pub food.
With options to suit parties of 2, 3 or 4 visitors, each holiday cottage is fully equipped with gas central heating, digital TV, an electric cooker, microwave, cooking utensils, towels, bed linen, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and private parking.
During your visit, guests also have access to a shared laundry with coin operated washer/dryers and a shared grass courtyard with outdoor seating area – the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine of an evening!
All facilities are located on the ground floor and each holiday cottage consists of a multipurpose living room/kitchen/breakfast area, 1-2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.

from September to May, and £65 per night throughout June, July and August

Kestrel Holiday Cottage (4-berth)
Kestrel Cottage is the largest of our holiday cottages with one double bedroom and one twin room, and is equally suited to a family of four or a group of friends.
All facilities are located on the ground floor and the open-plan kitchen/living room is fully equipped with a digital TV, electric cooker, microwave and cooking utensils. The sizeable bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower.

Woodpecker Cottage is the perfect holiday cottage for a family of three, with one double bedroom and one good-sized single room.
