Located in the rural community of Berrow, Rose Farm adult only caravan park is nestled amongst rolling farmland and is surrounded by fantastic and far-reaching views of the Somerset countryside.

Our immaculate hardstanding seasonal touring pitches never stay empty for long, and static caravans and holiday lodges sale fast.

Within walking distance of the park, neighbouring Brean is bustling with activity and fun places to visit.

Brean and Burnham-on-Sea beaches are perfect for coastal walks, and the nearby bars and amusements mean that there is always something upbeat for our visitors to enjoy - it really is the best of both worlds!

And after a day out and about exploring, our onsite clubhouse offers the perfect place to enjoy a delicious homecooked meal whilst experiencing one of Burnham's notoriously vibrant sunsets.

Touring

Casual touring and 11 to 12-month seasonal touring pitches are available at this park. Every pitch is hard standing with electric hook-up and adjacent car parking.

Caravan Park Price Guide

Rose Farm is open for 11 months of the year with an option to purchase the 12th month. The shut-down period is from 10th January – 10th February.

Seasonal Touring	£2,906	per annum (+ electric)
Casual Touring	£27.50	per night
Caravan Storage	£420	per annum

Prices include 2 adults. Additional fees apply for pets and extra adults;

Additional Adult - £5 per night.

Pets - £2 per night, per dog.
